Frostbit-proof and anti-freezing detection and heating function at 2 stages of 5 Centigrade and 8 Centigrade,

When the system detect the circulating water temperature is lower than 8 Centigrade, the system starts at the first frostbit-proof heating situation, the water pump runs automatically. When the system detects the circulating water temperature is lower than 5 Centigrade, the system starts at the second anti-freezing heating situation, the water pump runs automatically, and the combustion work to heat the water at minimum power status. When the water temperature is up to 30 Centigrade, the system stops working automatically.

Water pump anti-stagnant,

Every 24 hours of standby, the water pump runs automatically for one minute, effectively preventing circulating waterway being stagnant, preventing water pump from being stagnant.

Bypassing protection,

When the main heating circulation is closed or blocked by accident, the by-pass valve is opened automatically to provide suitable water flow in the main heating exchanger to protect the system.

Sanitary hot water first, and water flow monitoring function,

When the water flow is monitored too small, the sanitary hot water will be firstly preferencely provided,and the diagnostic status show the code indicating the circulating water is insufficient,

Guarding against over high temperature,

When the water temperature is up to the utmost margin temperature,the gas proportioning valve is closed and the system stops running.

Wind pressure switch protector,

When the fan motor is out of order,when the flue is blocked,or the backwards air pressure is too high or if there is backwards wind,the wind pressure switch  automatically close the boilers, and the combustion stops, the diagnostic code will show on the LCD.

Safety valve preventing the heating water system from over high water pressure.

When the pressure in heating water system is up to 3bar, the safety valve protector opens automatically to decrease pressure.

Flameout protectors,

When the combustion is stopped by accident, the gas proportioning valve is closed automatically in 10 seconds.

Automatic protectors monitoring failured thermal sensor and multi-functional diagnostic,

When the thermal sensor on the heating pipe or on the sanitary hot water pipe was encountered short circuit, or broken, or the resistance is abnormal, the failure can be diagnosed and the diagnostic code will be displayed on the LCD controller display pannel.
